What is a credit?: Credits are used when you generate images. Lifestyle photos, white backgrounds, alternate angles, and custom edits each use 1 credit per image.
Why do saved-scene images cost 3 credits?: These compositions use both your product photo and a saved backdrop as references. Each generated image uses 3 credits.
Do unused credits carry over?: Plan credits reset at the start of each billing month. Free signup credits and bonus credits stay on your account and are used before your plan allowance.
Can I cancel?: Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription any time from Account settings. Your products and images stay in your account.
